What You’ll Do

• Prep and refinish vehicles to OEM-quality standards
• Color match and blend panels accurately
• Work with our current solvent-based paint systems
• Maintain clean, organized paint area
• Communicate with technicians and management
• Take pride in producing high-quality finishes

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience preferred (will consider strong entry-level with training mindset)
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Reliable and on time
• Team player with good attitude
• Able to manage time and production flow
